Xiaomi CEO thinks toward slowing down and improve Xiaomi
Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi's CEO and Co-founder Lei Jun has written a public letter to employees saying, "We have to slow down and further improve in some areas." Jun explained that the company had to improve in order to ensure sustainable growth for a long-term future, adding, "In the first few years, we pushed ahead too fast."
