Google has started testing 'Instant Apps' that can be used without downloading over half a year after first announcing the feature. Apps are broken into very small packets that can run almost instantly by tapping on a URL which is very useful for and stress free. The limited test by Google includes apps from BuzzFeed and live video streaming startup Periscope which is highly used by Twitter users.
